Well after installing that and like 15 babel plugins manually I got it up and running.

Btw apparently babel moved to babel-cli maybe you want to check that out :)

yea just update all from ES2015 to ES2016; not sure if was your solution, but removing node_modules/ and npm install usualy does the fix

i never used --unsafe-perm; is in Dockerfile only

we dont need babel-cli because we use babel as a transform of browserify; we dont run directly babel

you mean we can use babel-cli and forget about browserify?
(currently our bundle file is 3Mb [and more than 5Mb if not compressed by browserify/babel/uglify]; not sure if babel-cli achives better or faster results but we can try sure)
