@annlabv3 Since it doesn't look like this is going to be implemented...
you may want to add a "new site" with "file:///[pathtoyourimagefile]

Obviously this works better with images that are larger in size.

Alternatively you can use "about:blank" as URL and set an image in the settings. Since SuperStart makes the image fit, it works best with images you would use for a wallpaper.

This was just me, presenting a work-around. I'm not against this feature.
