Description of Jupyter Book on the homepage looks incorrect about d2l-book

Indeed Jupyter Book used to use Jekyll, though switched to the Sphinx ecosystem about 2 years ago. In my opinion it'd be fine to juts remove the two bullet points about markdown and Jekyll, and just leave it as "Jupyter Book is a similar tool for building books from computational material with Jupyter Notebooks and MyST Markdown".

Thanks @humitos, for bringing this up. At the time of developing d2lbook, JupyterBook was using Jekyll (if I'm not wrong), and these differences were valid. But it seems like this is not true anymore; we'd be happy to accept a PR and update the text mentioning the current features of JupyterBook on d2lbook docs as an alternate.

Ps. IMO JupyterBook has been a great project, with many open source projects enjoying its benefits. Thanks @choldgraf for the continuous development and maintenance.
