Find edge between two cells about d3-delaunay

I have a working example now. inedges is the piece I was missing - this gives you an edge associated with a given point/cell.

From that, you can use halfedge(), triangles[], and circumcenters[] to get the correct values.

Other pieces I was missing

• the values from inedges and halfedge are indices for the triangles array.
• the index you get might not be the first edge of the triangle, use floor or mod to fix that
• the circumcenter array values are the coordinates, not an index to points[] (should have been obvious, but I missed it)
