Issue with Centrifuge database download about centrifuge

Can you find the file library/bacteria/assembly_summary.txt?

No, The assembly_summary file has been created but it is empty.
Below is the complete error and steps obtained. The archaea data downloads successfully but not for bacteria and virus.

centrifuge-download -o library -m -P 20 -d "archaea,bacteria,viral" refseq > seqid2taxid.map
Downloading ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/refseq/archaea/assembly_summary.txt ...

Domain bacteria has no genomes with specified filter.

Kindly help me to trouble shoot the same.

I think somehow the download failed for this summary file. Does your system have "curl" as the download method?

Yes, curl is available in the server.

Could you please try the command "curl -s -o tmp.txt ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/refseq/bacteria/assembly_summary.txt > tmp.txt" to see whether you can manually download the summary file to the tmp.txt file?

I executed the above command and the tmp.txt was created. Below is the information generated in the tmp.txt file.
