Are you using the proper folder and file naming convention that ForceCode requires? if you need an example then open a static resource from the org and you will see how everything needs to be named. I need to update the documentation for this...

Do you have the directories (spa and resource-bundles) in the root directory of your project? (Not in the src folder, but the same folder that force.json is in)

EDIT:
Nevermind. I believe I have fixed this bug. Please read the updated readme in static resource section where it talks about spa distributions for more details on the proper folder structure and placement. This should now be fixed in v3.6.5. Let me know if you have any other issues with it or if not let me know and I'll close this.
