bank review list retrieves explanations as part of an enriched review workflow. There is no dedicated bank explain list for the documented GET /bank_transaction_explanations operation. Add a dedicated listing with bank-account, from/to, updated-since and documented pagination controls. Keep raw API fields under --json and provide readable default output.
