Bug? New Calendar CreateOnGridClick seems not working with JSON server‏ about dojo-calendar

Hello,

I will fix the null exception but it won't make the creation work using an asynchronous store like JsontRest store.

As a matter of fact, the code is expecting a renderer as soon as the new event as been added to the store in order to edit it.

Maybe a workaround would be to develop a local store that can synchronize itself with the server.

is this issue gonna be fixed in Dojo2.0?
is there gonna be a patch before that?

I fixed the null exception in master (next Dojo) and dojo1.8 branch so the fix will be in next dojo 1.8 patch.
Again this will not fix the asynchronous creation issue as this is requiring more investigation and work but at least it won't crash...

In master branch, it's now possible to create event interactively with asynchronous store.
The event will be added to the store at the end of the creation gesture.
