Just wondering, what did things look like when using StaticStringy?

@GrahamCampbell any suggestions here?

I could make the string an optional arg for the constructor and create method, resulting simply in an empty string. That is, same behavior as return new Stringy('');

With StaticStringy it was just the following and that is what I am currently using with ~1.9.

$this->app->singleton('stringy', function ($app) {
    return new StaticStringy();
});

While making the $str optional is an option I think it would still take away the comfort of StaticStringy since we need to call Stringy::create() or new Stringy() for pretty much every new string to chain the methods which is why I don't see a way of getting Stringy to work in the IoC without StaticStringy because it took away the Stringy::create($str) part.
