First of all, I'd like to thank you for the effort to make this library available.
I am trying to demodulate a signal from a satellite for educational purposes and it is helping a lot.
However I am having the same issue of this topic.
My GNU Radio can't find the rms_agc block.
Could anybody help me?

Have you installed the hierarchical flowgraphs (see README)?
