I raised the burst limit, and it should work now. 😄
We found the cause. in order to better serve the majority of users, the service has recently increased the single-ip concurrency limit.
I reproduced it in 1.4, but not in the latest version and it seems that lower versions of containerd do not support the concurrency limit.
