Rather than rolling every week, our current plan is to roll whenever polymer.js pushes a new release. That helps guarantee that the releases are in a consistent state with the features available in the current version of polymer.dart.
Version 0.3.5 of polymer and elements was just released last week and we are at this time working on rolling it in Dart as well.
