@joyrexus hey sorry for not responding, it's been a busy month. I'd love a PR for this! the code base is a lot more stable now than it was a month ago, and we're nearing a release

Hmm. I'm having a hard time grokking how you're using optimist for parsing CL options/flags.

Once I get that I think it's just a matter of passing the appropriate options through to binary-csv here and csv-multibuffer-stream here, right?

Note: I think we'll need this minor fix to csv-multibuffer-stream.
