Impossible to upload Pre-Annotated data about dataturks

@davidggphy or everyone who might need it. After I read the source code, to upload pre-annotated data you need to add query params format with possible values:

• UNSPECIFIED,
• PRE_TAGGED_JSON,
• PRE_TAGGED_TSV,
• URL_FILE

So to upload preannoted data, the URL should be:
http:///dtAPI/v1/<project_owner>/<project_name>/upload?format=PRE_TAGGED_JSON

and you good to go. Hope this helps.

@davidggphy did you manage to upload pre-annotated data using the json file downloaded from the project? Mine not working, it returns:

    "message": "Please upload a txt file containing only URLs in each line."
}

and also the format should be .txt
