Just checked and it's still there, but now requires signing in with a google account. Fortunately it's now also available at LibSVM datasets: https://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvmtools/datasets/

Great thank you! I also noticed when I try and import the files, it's looking for "_wrapper_double", in linreg, which doesn't seem to exist. Has it been replaced by linreg_double?

Are you trying to use this package by downloading the repository without installing it or something like that?
