In a similar vein - once that has been done I should get the astropy version upto 6.0.1 (it doesn't support python 3.8 which I am using because XGA gets upset otherwise).

RIGHT - Much progress has been preparing for this. Things I still need to do include:
- Changing the pypi build and publish github action to account for the fact that I am now using versioneer
- Do some more tests on DAXA to make sure stuff still works - and run Jessica's tests of course
- Actually publish the new version of XGA with the updated dependencies (will be v0.5.0) on PyPi so it can be a dependency
- Add XGA to conda forge

Related Issues (20)
- ASCA is not likely to be able to include pre-processed data in an Archive for a while
- Currently pre-processed eROSITA evt lists will be stored with all chosen TM IDs in their name - even if that event list has only a subset HOT 1
- May have to ensure that all instrument names are devoid of '-' symbols (e.g. ACIS-I)
- May have to revisit all the ident_to_obsid methods once I implement processing for those missions
- Some eRASS1DE start/end times are showing as NaT in the all_obs_info df HOT 1
- Online XMM table changed a heading name - all DAXA releases before v0.0.5 have non-functioning XMM class
- filter_on_position won't accept a simple [ra, dec] list HOT 1

- filter_on_positions behaving very differently for Swift depending on whether BAT or BAT+XRT are selected
- Add partial coding fraction calculation to Swift mission - also a special filtering method based on it
- Filter_on_positions with return obs turned on, run after time filtering, still returns all spatially matching ObsIDs
