I get 202 second duration using that code, I unfortunately cannot help you with this issue as it seems like something's wrong with your configuration.

cuz i tried to reinstall them twice and used dirrent VPSs to test

I don't have enough information to help you, and I am very sorry that I can't. I am most experienced with writing code, and I am not very experienced when it comes to the vast majority of computer configurations out there and unfortunately this is something you have to figure out yourself, either through debugging the code or changing it around. If you lack experience with Linux and the C/C++ languages, you will have to find someone to help you with it.

Issue resolved, problem was:

multiple installations of libav* header files causing a mismatch between ABI and the compiled shared library
