Only one suggestion. You are specifying SSH private key twice (inventory + action input). Dunno if that's an issue but Ansible seems to complain about this line (number 7).

Thanks for your suggestion ! I tried removing the key from pipeline and from the inventory but i'm stuck at one of the two error messages. It sadly does not point my in any direction where it could go wrong for example.
What makes it stranger is that ansible does read my inventory, but it goes wrong when it tries to parse it.
