Cannot enable add-in: runtime error about daxstudio

We have one or two other reports of this sort of issue, but to date we have not been able to reproduce it which makes it really hard to fix. Does the stand alone version of DAX Studio run OK on your machine outside of Excel? Are you able to run the DaxStudio.Checker.exe app (should be in the folder where DAX Studio was installed) and post the output back here?
