As an example:

Given the following RDF

#!turtle
:aClass a owl:Class ;
  rdfs:label "A simple class".

:aSubClass a owlClass ;
  rdfs:label "Another even simpler class" ;
  owl:subClassOf :aClass .

What I would want to see in the html is along the lines of the following

#!html
<p>Another even simpler class is a subclass of <a href="#aClass">A simple class</a></p>

In DocumentableObjectReference however, I can only access the full URI of aClass and not only the URI fragment, so that my html would look like

#!html
<p>Another even simpler class is a subclass of <a href="http://example.com/myOntology#aClass">A simple class</a></p>

This is particularly important during ontology development, when you don't want the internal references to be really internal and not to reference any other version of your ontology.
