I ran the program with 2019 Intel mpirun, as same as the compilers.

Yes. The only difference is that I compiled it on login node and ran the program on computation node. But one kind of nodes works while another kind of nodes does not.

And that's the problem: the targeted platform differs from your compiled verion.
Recompile with a designated architecture flag matching that of the computation node, or just compile and run on it.
