will update, it's actually fairly simple:

in order for the webhook to be forwarded, you need to open up port 3000. (maybe port 443 too).

Do not run Docker desktop, deploy dockerd directly in wsl2, docker desktop's WSL2 mode does not allow bridge networks to be easily accessible from wsl2 or windows. The metallb stuff will just not run well.
