There are indeed some type errors here, I have tried the following with latest version of oak 7.5.0

const runQuery = GraphQLHTTP({ schema, graphiql: true })

app.use((ctx) => runQuery(ctx.request))
// propert respond is missing in oak.Request

app.use((ctx) => runQuery(ctx.request.serverRequest)) -> property serverRequest does not exist on request
app.use((ctx) => runQuery(ctx.request.originalRequest)) -> argument of type ServerRequest | NativeRequest is not assignable to parameter of type Request
