local recipe does not support parallel deployments about recipes

I know how to start the parallel release, however, the local recipe fails when using the -p or --parallel parameter.

local recipe was not created with parallel deployments in mind. this code
is almost direct clone of common recipe. Why don't you try and tackle the
problem? Maybe convert whole recipe to use local sever instead of run
locally if that would help?

@johnny-bit Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I have notices that it has not been created in a way to support parallel deployments. That's why I asked @Elfet if there is something to adhere to when supporting (as in adding it to the local recipe as a feature) parallel deployments.

We'll be using the recipe without parallel deployments for now.
