This is now available through the GET request "getURL64". There are 2 required parameters, first is an App UID and the second is the field to retrieve.
Example:
http://mywebserver.orlocalhost/rpc?getURL64=102:image1

The GET request is now "getdata", and takes the same 2 parameters. This will work for source and APK files as well as images. The only problem right now is the bug in the base64 decoder, see #31
