Yes, let's go ahead and mark r0 as bad for the whole night of 20230927. I don't see a problem on other nights.
These are bright tiles taken in very bright moon, so the actual effect on the redshifts is pretty modest. But there's enough in the sframes that I think we should play it safe and mark r0 as bad for all of them.

r0 is marked bad for this whole night, tiles reprocessed. In addition, I had to mark r5 as bad for (expid: 198318, tileid 40692) as there were no valid calib stars on that petal for fluxcalibration. nightqa+tsnr updated
