Not working about pi-hole-for-android

Can you login to the Pi-hole admin page and see the query log?

If mobile data (3G/4G/5G) is enabled, turn it off.
In WiFi settings, make sure DNS1 and DNS2 are both set to 127.0.0.1

About the dns, does i have to change it into my router ? In my one this option doesn't show me

1 - Make sure Private DNS is disabled: Android Docs

2 - Try disabling IPv6:

sudo bash
echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/wlan0/accept_ra
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6
exit

..then try to browse the Web on your device. Look in the query logs to see if Pi-hole is answering the queries.
