Is this a file that loads up in other comic book readers that support CBZ? Is
the CBZ something you could put up on a website somewhere so I could test it?

The file works fine using the Perfect Viewer app on Android. Here is the link
to the file: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B5VuYXrANcpAbnpsNXB1a1ppNzQ/edit
Do you have a known "good" cbz and cbr file I can test against? I think the
issue is probably the ARM Chromebook (I haven't tried yet on a different
architecture/browser).

I did some further testing and it seems to be a browser issue. I was able to
open the file (Silver Surfer V2 Issue 1) in Firefox 8 on a Macintosh without a
problem. I also tried Chrome 24.0.1312.52 on a Mac and the file did not work.
Also did not work in Safari 6.0.2.

On another note, is there a way to zoom in/out of the page or is it limited to
just Fit Height or Fit Width?

Works on my Chromebook now! I am going to try and see if I can run the code
locally too. Would be awesome to see this as an actual "offline" app for Google
Chrome (I may try and do that too once I have my dev environment available).

I am having this issue now as well, trying to open a cbz file in Chrome (on a
chromebook and on Windows 7 Chrome) and it doesn't work. Gives "Corrupt or not
an image" message.

Same file opens fine on Firefox though.

Maybe it's just coincidence, but all the cbzs containing jpegs open fine, just
the pngs don't.
