VLC 属于实时解码流，并在内存中存放临近几帧的数据

并不会预缓冲（表现为各大视频网站的 flv 播放器，会预缓冲一段，就算断网也能继续播放一段时间）
也不会将流落地（表现为某些播放器在播放完一端流之后，能够生成一个完整的可播放文件）

VLC 整个流解码都是放在内存中，并且实时解码

至于有没有办法让 VLC 支持比较长的预缓冲，或者将流落地，我就不太清楚了，你可以搜搜相关的内容
