The typing is used for the JWT property userType. JWT's can either be given out to end users or to clients (that provide a client ID and secret when requesting tokens). The 'client' value will never be seen in a web app since it can only authenticate as an end user. The generic typing for TokenFinalResponse need to be in line with what the server may return to native clients and so the typing of UserLogin.license.type need to be that to.
