Hello,

The design does not require any changes in the 3D prints no matter what size you use for the rails. (between 250 and 450mm) The parts themselves are not parametric.
The limit of 250mm rails only refers to its ability to print all the parts for another Bad Robin, you can of course also go smaller, in fact it's not even required for the height.
250mm rails on X and Y axis give you a useable print area of 155x160mm. On the Z axis it's about 170mm (with room to spare)

The rails and extrusions are for 250mm, add the same amount you add for the rail to the extrusion, add half of the Y change to the drill hole positions on the base extrusion.
