Ability to query event for duration in milliseconds about dialogic

I'm not sure this is what you want -- can you tell me the use-case? That duration is actually the delay before the event is sent

The use-case for this is calculating how much time messages should "type" on screen before appearing. In my testing, the duration is the delay after the event is sent. In any case, the delay is working as we expect it to, with regard to lengths of messages corresponding to their time on screen.

For now I'll keep the code above on my own local copy and consider this issue closed.
