This is doable, but time consuming. Once the appropriate changes are in place though, language packs for any language can be created.

I'd love to do or help with a German lamguage pack. :-)

Quick update: I've converted the majority of hard coded strings in the code into resources. I attempted to set Localizable to true on all forms to handle text in the forms, but it significantly increased the size of the .exe. I'm going to try a more surgical approach. Once all text is moved into resource files, I can start work on the translations.

I'm going to start with three additional languages to start. French, German, and Spanish. I'm using Google Translate for the initial translation. This should be adequate since the majority of text strings are one or two word phrases. I'll also post a spreadsheet of text strings and will need some help refining the translations.
