The environment variable you want is REAL_IP_FROM, see the php-server config variables. Don't use 0.0.0.0, though, as that will allow anyone to fake their IP address. You need to use the IP of the traefik server, or at any rate the netmask for the docker network the traefik server is on.

You probably also want FORWARDED_SSL, so that nginx will tell mautic you're on ssl as long as traefik says that's the case.

Thanks, it works! Since traefik ip is dynamic, I ended up with this config:

        environment:
            REAL_IP_FROM: '172.18.0.0/24'
            FORWARDED_SSL: '1'
