Hmm, it looks like this was submitted after issue#39, which states you've found it, but not the documentation. Have you tested it and found it not working?

+1 to this issue as AllowUnencrypted = false is a requirement in my environment. Maybe the maintainers can look to winrm-s for how the chef ruby community got this working.
