Invalid constraint in setup.py about django-elasticsearch-dsl

@safwanrahman FYI it seems like the latest release on PyPI (7.2.2) still contains the bug.

@sciyoshi Ran into this with pipenv install XXX adding a new package (unrelated) but then was able to make it work just by running pipenv install again.

It looks like the code tagged 7.2.2 still has that bug:

7.2.2 was released Jan 11: https://github.com/django-es/django-elasticsearch-dsl/releases/tag/7.2.2

So the fix (#435) has not been released.

I have made latest release version 7.3. I hope it will fix the issue.
