Add a Category API and a way to filter products based on categories about django-oscar-api

The categories are properties of the ProductSerializer, see: https://github.com/django-oscar/django-oscar-api/blob/master/oscarapi/serializers/product.py#L109

There is indeed no built-in separate API view for categories, nor a way of filtering products based on category. But this is one of the easiest things to do when customizing the API for your project. See the docs how to do this.
