This project is a dinosaur survival game simulation. It will start out with the user making their own dinosaur, which includes setting the stats for the dinosaur. These stats will be variables such as how food required before multiplying, time required to multiply, mobility (movement speed), food/energy type, etc. The user will place their dinosaur inside of a playing field with limiting ecological factors, and then it will be pitted against other dinosaurs randomly chosen by the program. The goal is to outlive all the other species that are generated with their own stats.

This assignment is to design a simple processor based on the simplified 2-step instruction cycle. You will be creating two functions in software, one to simulate the fetch next instruction cycle, fetchNextInstruction(), and one to simulate the execute instruction cycle, executeInstruction(). Neither of these functions will have parameters nor will they return values. They will operation on global data meant to simulate the registers and memory of the processor.
