...because [`.fill(-1)` in `transduct`](https://github.com/dougalsutherland/py-sdm/blob/13d1a6eacd2b90ca661fcfe3fcbcb3cec0f347a5/sdm/sdm.py#L723) makes it all `True`. Whoops!
