xcscope have problem on emacs-w32, on windows, compiled by MinGW. about xcscope.el

Thank you for your reply.
I guess the shell-quote-argument on cscope-program maybe consider the security.
But it seems redundant that apply shell-quote-argument to cscope-program', because thestart-file-process' will take care the param "PROGRAM". And the shell-quote-argument will always quote the program name for windows-nt, that make a wrong executable file name on windows.

Hi. Does indexing work on your windows setup? There's a similar (shell-quote-argument) call in (cscope-make-index-command), and that one IS required.

The index function OK on windows, I have tasted it. And I check the xcscope.el, the "find" command not be quoted.
