  You need to update rlang first. `update.packges("rlang"). See this exchange.

• 04- Decision Trees, ln. 196, 05 - Random Forest, 06- xgboost
  Error in makePSOCKcluster(names = spec, ...) : Cluster setup failed. 4 of 4 workers failed to connect.

4 workers worked for me, but might not work for your laptop. Try the following:

# Determine the number of cores
no_cores <- detectCores() - 1

# Initiate
cl <- makeCluster(no_cores)

• 09 - hlclust

Try the following:

if (!require("pacman")) install.packages("pacman")

pacman::p_load(BBmisc)
