Add D in action chapter about english

I like this idea very much.
But there should be an very detailed comments explaining what is done with which command from which import. The coolest thing would be to link the code comments directly with the phobos/runtime docs.

The answers to my question about a ruby like n.times{} are nice, too:

you can write your own function. It is simple.

void times(alias fun)(size_t i) {
	foreach(unused;0..i)
		fun();
}

and use it like this:

10.times!({ writeln("yaaay"); });
