Missing requirements.txt file

adding `requests` to my `requirements.txt` file resolved the only missing dependency. I couldn't get the makefile to work either, I had to run all the commands in my own venv. And then it downloaded everything for hours, but doesn't appear to have downloaded any conversations or threads. Bummer.
