Windows build about ps-lite

Could you please write a full doc on building enabling USE_DIST_KVSTORE, I met a lot of setting errors in ProtoBuf, GFlag, Glog, etc.

there is a problem when i cmake with the ps-lite, the dependence of google protobuf, it can not build with ProtoBuf.cmake, i do not know "find_package( Protobuf REQUIRED )" is what? can not find ~ help
