This won't work under Silverlight, in which you need to use Monitor to lock 
access
inside process, but that will work in Mono.

Removed dll references and replaced with C# code for GetSystemTime, 
QueryPerformanceCounter, GetDiskFreeSpace, and GetSystemTimeAsFileTime
