WARNING

This is great running locally, but I don't recommend hosting anywhere at this point. (Unless you can afford to have it running constantly, then by all means).

Currently this is zombified, but I would like to come back and work out some of the issues I ran into and get this project resurrected eventually.

NOTE: Finally finding some time to start messing with SignalR again. Rather than trying to polish up this rusty hunk, I've started a new repo at https://github.com/docrinehart/ImperatorSignalR to remake the whole thing in dotnet core and react/redux.

Add psake build script w/ Versioning

Add MVC nuget package (for use with CI)

Add versioning to bundled/minified files

Append to URL and use a config URL Rewrite to serve up the files;

Change resource object to calculate rate

Rate needs to be calculated: (FixedTimeUnit / TimeToCreateAsUnit) = Production Rate;
ie. if it takes 15 min to make a resource, (1hr / 0.25hr) = +4/hr
