Did you upgrade the file /path/to/dokuwiki/root/conf/dokuwiki.php?
Turns out: no! The old one got copied over due to my weird setup. I replaced the file and everything is fine now.
Providing me the hash sum was very helpful. Thank you so much!

What is the setting for the samesitecookie value in the Configuration Manager?
Note: With the setting at its default value 'Lax', I am not seeing this warning.

Release 2024-02-06a "Kaos" (from git source)
Did you upgrade the file /path/to/dokuwiki/root/conf/dokuwiki.php? Check the modification date to make sure it's a newer version than that of your pre-upgrade wiki. The current version has an MD5 hash value of cd7a0ce22a7e5a8139b81fd5e2004c2f and it should not be modified in normal situations.
If this is not the upgraded file from 2024-02-06a then your upgrade process went wrong and potentially other files where missed as well.
