I looked into it and couldn't see any difference from manually enabling multithreading.
However, there is some speed up by sending stdout to /dev/null... (> NUL).
ping @delroth what's the correct way to do that? want_stdout=False seems to just affects buildbot collection. It seems you have to use a single string so it's passed to windows shell for parsing.
It saves 3 seconds. Just close this issue if that's not worth it. :p
