Got the reason. No problem with button logic. Its fine

Actually sign out button destroys session of current (your doorkeeper client app) application, not provider app. e.g. if you are using facebook (provider) login for your application (client), you have to go to facebook and logout manually to destroy provider app's session. Then it will ask for login again.
