NotifyIcon does not pick position correctly when interacting with touch or pen

I discovered this on https://github.com/TheJoeFin/Trdo when trying to show a window near the tray (not using the flyout capability) and when interacting with touch/pen the window placement was not correct. It would be great if WinUIEx provided the rect of the notifyIcon so other windows or UI elements can be placed in reference to it.
